Been dealing with this company for many years and have always found their service to be prompt, of an excellent standard and above all good old fashioned honesty. The bills have always been reasonable and i have never had to question anything .I can speak very highly of this company and would recommend them to anyone.
Called to get an estimate for install of two brand new toilets. Unhelpful, sarcastic, Didn't offer to come and quote just treated me like a dumb female. All too hard. Didn't even bother asking them to come out. Was told "we're $80/hour". No thanks. Get a clue and some customer service skills.
Hot water service died Monday, I called from work Tuesday, they installed by Wednesday lunchtime.
I have used this business on many occasions and the service has always been prompt and excellent! They are friendly, efficient, reliable and really know their job! Very reasonable rates too! I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
Called last week and asked for a plumber to come and fix a leaky tap. I received a phone call a couple of days later but as I was vacuuming - I never heard the phone ring. Called back 5 minutes later but the plumber had been sent to another job. Received a phone yesterday afternoon to say the plumber would be here this morning. Just received a phone call now to say plumber has been re-diverted to another job..... Really?????The guy on the phone didn't know whether or not plumber could get to my house today...... So I'm supposed to wait around all day in case the plumber might come???????????. Thanks but no thanks - I've organised a more reliable company to fix my leaky tap.
